Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Daniel Wellington packaging, ensuring all certificates and manuals are included inside the box.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until you receive confirmation that your refund has been processed.
